Shipping info:

We do not charge extra fee for shipping. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday except major holidays. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of an order being completed. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority shipping. We currently only ship domestically.

University Skin Institute is not responsible for shipping decisions made by USPS and is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Issues with delivery or damaged goods should be addressed with USPS.

Orders are expected to be delivered within 3-5 business days. University Skin Institute is not responsible for delays in delivery. 

 

Return policy:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be gently used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. please return it within two weeks for an exchange or refund. Products may be returned in-person to University Skin Institute or via shipping. Please note that returned items are your responsibility until they reach the return address. A refund will be issued once we receive returned items and does not include any shipping or handling charges. Your refund will either be credited to the credit card used for the original transaction, or returned for store credit. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete.
